Would you like to become part of a Sunshine Coast-based troupe that is so HOT that we are on the MUST-HAVE list for various events -- corporate, community, conferences, AGMs, festivals, private parties -- a troupe famous not only for our energetic and laughter–igniting performances but also for our brilliance in creating specific songs to suit particular people, groups, organizations or occasions? Desirable Qualities for Songsters* Enjoy performing Enjoy singing--tho not necessary to be a “good” singer Enjoy playing with words, rhymes and jingles Enjoy being silly Enjoy collaborating Energy--to stick with it Enthusiasm--to do whatever it takes to bring it all together Flexibility to travel to gigs at perhaps odd times or places Creativity--to compose, choreograph, costume … Commitment to participate for a specific time period Self-motivated/self-disciplined Stability--available for regularly scheduled practices At least one person able to play an instrument would be a bonus *Even if you have commitments to travel etc, please come along. If we have a large enough troupe there will always be a core group available for gigs. There will be an initial information-gathering meeting (probably in Noosaville) in early August.
